Our volunteers are priceless! They help us by:

  • Doing laundry (we have a LOT, every day!)

  • Exercising dogs

  • Bathing or brushing our dogs and cats

  • Socializing (loving) on our dogs and cats

  • Helping at events

  • Maintenance around the shelter

  • Running errands for us

Not everyone is in a place to adopt, but anyone can still change the life of a dog or cat waiting for a home. Sponsorship is a simple but powerful way to help our animals find their forever families faster.

How does sponsoring help?

When you sponsor a pet, your donation can go toward:
• Covering part (or all) of their adoption fee
• Providing extra medical care or vaccinations
• Supplying food, toys, and enrichment while they wait
• Giving them more visibility and attention from adopters

By sponsoring, you remove barriers for potential adopters and help our animals get noticed — meaning more of them find loving homes, sooner.

Sponsorships can be made in honor of someone special, in memory of a beloved pet, or simply as a way to spread kindness.

• Cat & Kitten food (Preferred brand Purina Gentle dry, Purina Kitten dry, & any canned foods)

• Dog & Cat treats, long-lasting non-rawhide bones, nylabones, cow hooves, etc.

• Cat Litter, clumping/scoopable is preferred

• Dog & Cat toys of all kinds

• Blankets (no filled comforters)

• Cleaning supplies, UNSCENTED bleach, Fabuloso Lavender, Dawn Original Dish Soap

• Large or Extra-large wire dog crates

• Toilet paper, paper towels, laytex gloves - medium and large

• Hot dogs

• Dog-safe peanut butter (xylitol free)

• Small and medium plastic cat carriers

• KMR - Kitten Replacement Milk and Miracle Nipples (Amazon)

• Trash bags (13 gallon and black 45+ gallon)

• Office supplies- postage stamps, pens, highlighters, printer paper, yellow and red two pocket folders, manilla folders
